In this friendly game Dundee won the game but l cant  remember the score. It was my first look at the new look Dundee side under new Manager Ivano Bonetti. The following Friday we travelled down to see the dee at Grimsby Town which was a great trip.

Dundee v Liverpool, 19th October 1987

 This was George 'Zico' McGeachie's Testimonial game at Dens against a very good Liverpool side. A massive crowd of 14,463 turned up and it was so busy l had to go to the TC Keay end of the ground just to get in. Liverpool won the game 4-0 and showed what a good side they were. A great night for George who had given Dundee great service in his time at Dens Park. Also l never noticed each programme was numbered this one was No 3780

Falkirk v Dundee, 5th January 1991

Dundee lost 1-0 at Brockville  in this first division game, a crowd of 7,672 saw the action. I always enjoyed going to Brockville a good day out. The new ground is not the same Brockville was a real footy ground.

Aberdeen v Dundee, 26th August 1989

 Dundee with a new look team lost 1-0 to Aberdeen at Pittodrie in front of 12,500 fans, it was a poor season for the Dark Blues and were relegated to Division One six points adrift at the bottom,

Motherwell v Dundee, 16th October 1993

A crowd 5,126 saw this league game at Fir Park, Dundee lost the game 1-0. A good bit about Dundee in this programme and Ex Dee Rab Shannon was in the Motherwell side.
